there's something that really annoys me: you're putting a lot of shades in the hair, and the shades alternate between saturated and desaturated...
it doesn't look good. what i suggest is you get very saturated colours for highlights, and desaturate progressively to the darkest shade:

injected a bit of purple to make it more interesting, the result is similar, i know.
