that woman's pose looks so wrong: her face is profile whereas her body is facing us. there's no torsion, tension that you find when one twists their necks in such a fashion. i think the problem is the shoulder on the right, it looks too far back and just plain odd.
the rubens stuff looks all over the place, and slightly disproportionate, and that guy from the side, he's just leaning too far back, it's an awkward pose.
the goblins... i seriously think you should study ears more carefully, because they're pretty badly messed up here. oh... and for the eyes, think about around the eyes rather than the eye itself. basically i want to edit all your stuff, i'll brb for more critique and posting them up, sorry if i sound blunt here
