Model transparancy problem.

I can't view the pictures since my phone has a god awful image viewer, but from what you've said itsounds like you're material needs fixing. What you need to do is go to the texture in your material used for transparency and set the alpha source to be from the image's alpha map or something like that rather than the rgb intensity of the texture.

Pretty sure that's what you'd do anyway. Like I said I'm basing my idea of your problem off of what you've said.
