2x Sprites and what-not

whats with the out of control contrast going on that picture. there is barely any difference between each shades of gray and blue

but the chest went from pink to dark red in just two steps.

also there are so many jagged lines and poor attempts of antialiasing going on there... you said this is just a redrawn 2X sprite?
