Dude, you have to re-rip the sheet. You can't fix the antialiasing just by resizing it, you'll only make it worse.

Re-rip it at 1x size instead of 2x, and keep in mind that I've already ripped 90% of the sheet, so you may as well just rip the two supers that aren't on my sheet.
