Sorry for the bump but I'm rescuing this project to keep it alive:

They are both sub-bosses.
Anyway while working on a rip of my own for this project, I noticed that the sprites of the playable characters of the SNES Captain America and the Avengers are missing some poses that happen during the shooting part of Stage 2 and the underwater part of Stage 3.
