Read my thread "A Tip for Ripping Genesis Sprites" in the Sprite Discussions forum (this forum's parent) and read all of it, including the other posters' posts as well. It should help you some. Also, I just opened Mega Turrican in Tile Molester and can guarantee you all the sprites are accessible. The game doesn't seem to be compressed. Make sure you back up the original ROM file if you use my method of ripping. Also, I don't know if other emulators have an easy step advance function like Kega Fusion, but I like Kega's anyway, so I suggest you use that.
