To un-anti-alias (alias?) the text on the icon, just type the text into a monochromatic Bitmap, then recolor it to #248-248-248 in the sheet icon file.

I've fixed it for you here; it should normally look like this:
[Image: th_vehicles_si.png]

instead of this:
[Image: Mariokartwii-bikesandkarts_icon-1.png]
