this something you can do entirely on your own. the onyl thing you need is to trace the original, scale it to what you need, and add a few gradients.
there is not much of a project or improvement you could do from that. besides, if you want to make something to improve *your* sprite skills, splitting the work among others isnt what you would normally do.
