actually, you can use the circle tool in paint, thats fine. however, you will need to fix it by hand as it doesnt look as round as it should.
the twist key and feet look awfully bad, just like everything that was rotated in the said sheet. i'd rather rotate and retrace it to preserve the lineart instead of leaving it skewed and blurred as it is now.
