how do i submit already?

Step 1: Leave this topic after reading all steps.
Step 2: Start a new topic in the Submissions sub-forum or any of the appropriate sub-folders.
Step 3: Do one of the following. Post an image of your (mostly) completed sheet. Post a legitimate link to the image of your (mostly) completed sheet. Post an attachment of the file of your (mostly) completed sheet.
Step 0: You should carefully read or translate and read the rules of the forum redundantly carefully so you know proper procedure on these things, in this case, "how do I shot web?" I mean "how do I submit sprites?".
I know not everyone can read English, but if you can ask a question in a forum's main language, then there is LITTLE reason to NOT have read at least ONE of the rules. And most public forums that have rules, no matter how obvious or esoteric they are, will make either an entire sub-forum on or near the top entirely for the rules of the entire forum. Sometimes just in case various sections of the forums have different purposes, they may even have additional rules exclusively for those sub-forums redundantly in addition to the universal rules of the forum.
T_T I saw your avatar on another topic the other day, I think in the custom sprites sub-folder. I don't remember the name of the person, but if that was your topic, then you already should know how to submit sprites. You're looking for how to get your sprites accepted, which is a COMPLETELY SEPARATE SUBJECT redundantly ENTIRELY. That part is up to the discretion of the uploading staff. And sadly it is a bit more difficult for customs than for rips. T_T
If you want to submit custom sprites, just start small, and please, please, please, please know that we have a forum entirely for criticism and critiquing sprites. The Sprite Discussion forum is not just for pre-quality control, its also to help you grow as a spriter.

Well. While I'm here, I can honestly say that those are nice rips.
And there are no small rips, just barely animated characters.
