You can tell that it is in fact custom, no game developer in the right mind would use these (no offence), because you just used the circle tool and edited it and because MS paint makes the circle by calculating the area and so forth, it looks jagged and not very good in all, you also used MS paint vista default colours (I say vista because the colours are a lot better on vista than XP or lower) and most of them are really high in saturation and overall bad, you also didn't shade the sprite. So in conclusion you really should of made the circle yourself and made your own colours and shaded it before even thinking about submitting... now you can either, go off crying about it, or you can take it and improve your choice.
