Charmander Tiny Toons style

TBH, I liked the feet of the original more, if only because it fit the cartoon's art-style alot better. Everyone (regardless if animal or human) seemed to have huge exaggerated feet, and large eyes, which the original sprite did in fact capture.

the new sprite looks a lot more like the original proportions of Charmander, but I'd say it look a little less in style. :V

Lol, that was exactly what my friend and I were thinking

So I think I'll keep them both and send them to the guy that is making the pokedex and he'll choose the one he prefers
