So, after Multiple Scans, Going back to a Restore Point, and Defragging my computer, It stopped crashing, and actually sped up quite a bit...So, I managed to finish Whismur:

According to one of it's Pokédex entries, this next Pokémon has a body made of Rock, but is not a Rock Type, instead it is just an Ice Type
