Oh, whoops. It wasn't rotoscoped, I just didn't copy frames so it looks wobbly.

I think the inside black lines on the nose horn, far tail horn, and large bottom teeth aren't needed,
seeing as how every other horn or tooth is missing them. Great design all around otherwise!

Looks awesome! I know it's a WIP and you might plan to do something with this, but I think you should find a way to incorporate Gyarados more with them--at the moment he's just peeking in from the side rather than part of this. I know, he's huge, but maybe his body continues behind them or around? IDK, just a thought.
I'd love to see this finished!
