For the largest amount of Pokemon, you want to try to grab the Pokemon Rumble Rush models. The service has ended, but you can find people who have uploaded the models before the service ended. I think they have a bunch of Gen 7 models and most of the older generation ones. Since you want them for 3D printing, the messed up UV texturing probably won't impact you too much. I found two people who put the models online, but it took a bit of work.

If you find them, they're either in FBX format already or they're in the Unity code-thingy format. I use Blender and Asset Studio to take these files and put them into Blender. Then you can export them into the format your splicer uses, and maybe even pose them a little bit.

I don't know much about the games before this one, but I really only needed this one for all of the Pokemon.

No problem! The Japanese names are a little hard to read, so a lot of the time to find the ones I wanted I had to do a bit of trial-and-error and/or inferring. Searching up the name on Google gives me a clue as to where I can find it. Hoping someday a new Rumble game will release and give us all Pokemon missing, including Gen 8, but for now I can only dream.
