there's probably someone that has done that before  but I found a very easy and fast way (around 5 minutes) way to Retarget the smash animations to any model using mixamo and Unreal Engine
now i can use all the animations on any model and it looks great, its very nice for prototyping in unreal

if you guys want I can show you my process but as i say there is probably already a tutorial or something on that, if not just tell me

Hey, if it you can i would like to know how you do it, yes please!

And btw sorry if it is a well know knowledge but i could not seem to find it. Is there a way to load in blender an effect animation, like megaman's final smash, the lasers and such? Thank you.

How well do these importers work with modded character models? There are a few mods that I'd like to try making renders with, but can't since (obviously) they're in the original num model formats.

in theory anything that works in the game will also work in the tools made for the game - it's not 100% guaranteed, but you might as well try

I fixed a number of issues relating to importing custom models in the past two script revisions, so I think whatever you'll be importing should work just fine.

I haven't seen any tutorial about this subject btw

Been skimming through this thread to see if my questions have been answered or if this is even the proper place to ask, but I think I’m in the clear.

Uh, so basically, I made an account just to ask about these issues I’ve been having in particular, but I could use some advice regarding the Smash models in particular.

I’ve been hoping to rig some of them for personal use, but I’ve been having some issues importing the files available on the main website into Blender and eventually into Unity. It could just be that I’m using the wrong program for this altogether (though I’d really love to use Blender for this, as I’m most familiar with it), but I’ve had problems, such as the armature distorting, meshes overlapping (due to facial expressions, mostly) and materials not applying correctly.

Any advice would be appreciated,

Thanks

When The Final DLC Character/Stage/Effect Gets Dumped, So Will Be The AI, Script, UI, Sound, Movies, And Other Files.
Could This Be Possible?

Okay. While UI Have Textures, They Are Probely Models As You Place Them In Menus. .webm Files Are Normally Used In Games To Show The Videos In A Game. Scripts Are Codes That Shows Stats, Damage Etc. And Audio/Music Are .nus3bank Files That Play. But The Most Important Files Are .numdlb (Model Files), .nutexb (Texture Files), And .nuamnb (Animation Files). They All Show What The Characters Do In Games. Some Of The File Types Also Got In To "New Pokémon Snap". All Of These Files Fit In A 13 GB .arc File.

The Sora update's files are now up in the folder.

Within a week or so, I'll be re-dumping and re-uploading everything, just to make sure everything is up to date (I was informed earlier that Kirby's model got updated twice between then and now).
