To anyone who uses these models on VRChat, what do you do with your shaders? I put Robin in Unity and his colors look way off. I've messed around with a bunch of different shaders, including Cubed's Toon Shaders, but I just can't get him to look right.

Here's a comparison of how he looks in Blender vs. Unity: https://imgur.com/a/cOjUi

So I'm new to this and i want to see if i can get the tharja model in (and call me a cringy bastard) into Vrchat but I'm not sure if the bones are correctly rigged, i am aware that you guys say that you will import the files from unity to blender but I'm only asking if the bones are something that need fixing

Well you might need to edit the armature for the specific niche of VRChat, since this is just a raw export. It's not really meant for anything, other than for FeW at the moment. I think it works pretty well, and I dont think any bones are missing or what not, but might take a little eblow grease to get working properly.

This is quite an odd issue. For me, Robin looks fine, but I've actually had this same issue before. When I've tried to use Persona 5 rips in the past, the same thing has happened in Unity. It's like the blacks get turned into greys and it throws off the colour balance completely. I don't think it's an issue with blender, because those Persona 5 models were exported from 3DSMax.

In any case, if it persists, I have finished making my Robin avatar, so you can PM me if you'd like to see if mine works for you.

Hi! These models are great. Thank you!
I was wondering, what's that face-mask.png in Tharja's textures?

We're not really sure what those masking textures are currently for

Sakura is now here, fast tracked by Sabby so she is here now rather than later. The next few releases where also fast tracked, Hoshido or Nioh based, and a gal from Awakening.

Alright! Can't wait for that gal from Awakening~
Sakura looks great!

You think you're gonna focus solely on FE warriors or are ya gonna do Xenoblade along with it? If you're gonna do two characters a week, it might be quicker to focus on just one game instead of both.

Came here for the dragon form Tiki model; was not disappointed to learn that it's included with her human form.

Any chance for any of the generic models at any point in time? To be more specific, I'm hoping for the generic Manakete model (odd thing to ask for, I know, but I really like their design).
