Cool Cool Toon .hbn files (need help to rip)

Hi! I want to try to rip the models for Cool Cool Toon, but the problem I am trying to figure out is that they are in the .hbn file format. Is it possible for those files to be ripped with some kind of program? I had attached a screenshot example, but because the file is so encrypted, I can't attach it.
