I'm going to submit sprites and sounds for a game made by a friend, made for both PC and mobile. However, according to him, both versions have exactly the same sprites and sounds, i.e. the files are identical.
So would I submit it as a game in both Mobile Phone and PC/Computer, or just one of them? If so, which one? Maybe just Other Systems?

It depends on the system it was ripped from.
Say I'm ripping from Mega Man 8, a game that was released on both PS1 and Saturn, but the sprites are taken from the PS1 version. Even though both versions have the same exact sprites, I would submit it under "Playstation", since that is the console I am ripping them from.
Well, I could rip from both of them, but if the sprites are the same (they are literally the same files) then I wouldn't really bother. Like, the games are almost exactly the same thing, even the code is the same (except for input); they were simply compiled for different targets.
He also offered to give me the resources himself for me to submit (an offer I'll probably take up for the sounds, as they're a bit bothersome to rip from the latest version). In that case I wouldn't be able to submit based on the system I ripped from, since it wasn't really ripped in the first place.
At this point just submitting it in both Mobile Phone and PC/Computer seems to be the best option, but I'd like to know what others think.
