IDK why the animation is going so slow.

I'm editing Bobble, I edited a idle together, I'm going to make Bobble more custom just wanted your opinion.

Will there be any costumes/color changes for characters?

I don't think you're getting the point of this thread Xeroph, not to mention you've broken multiple conditions to be in it already.
EDIT: Here's a few examples...

The Fighters Resource (TFR), as the name suggests, is a fighting game project starring TSR's original characters.

2-Don't join here unless you've been a member for at least 2 months. This will avoid random unknown people to join the project.
Nevermind that, you've been here for more than two months.

1st, a few characters are edited characters from sprites, mine will be edited just needed the base Bobble idle done

what we're trying to say is:

I don't know if I'm well known enough to have my character in this game,

this would probably be better in its own thread (AKA your spriting thread) rather than here if you want to try this style because unfortunately I don't think you're eligible to be in the game yet.

meaning, nobody knows who you are since you haven't been around (as in posting and being part of the community) at all since today, and the fact that your first post since joining in 2011 is wanting to join this game, qualifies you even less to be in the game. it's not to be mean or single anybody out but we have to actually get to know you first before we add you to such a serious project because we don't want people posting on the forum for the first time just to be in the game.

and about the edited characters thing: there aren't that many people who have edits of characters here, and those who do have either 1) customized them so much that they're essentially entirely different characters with a different sense of personality, 2) they are not as involved in the love thread, 3) are still learning about character design, or 4) the original copyright for that character has expired.
honestly what you have is literally just Bub, no changes, no difference in design whatsoever. everyone else at least made some modifications to the character so they are acceptable (unless they fall under the fourth condition).
if you really want him to be your character, you either have to at least modify his design enough that it doesn't look much like an edit of Bub, or make a totally new character. you also have to stick around for a while to have any chance of getting in.

I actually did join in 2008, and hung around for a while, and submitted a few things, but I accept your decision to not want me in the game, as I only recently started posting again about a week ago, and it wouldn't really be fair on the members who haven stuck around here for much longer without going on hiatus. I guess my reply made it sound a bit too much like the only reason I had come back was to join this game.

this is definitely not going to TFR at all, not even going to explain why (it should be obvious why(if it isn't obvious then I think you need to understand what TFR is before trying to join it))

I am afraid of sounding like a dick here but TFR is a place for well-known TSR people. So being a lurker for years or joining but making a total of 4 posts certainly isn't going to make you well-known.

But even then, this is not the end of the world, just stay around for a while, build up enough reputation and try coming back here. for example, Virtuaboy wasn't accepted at first, but now that he's fairly well-known, he's qualified to be in the game.

Two questions:

1. Are there costumes/color changes for characters?

2. What characters are in this game? The sprites completed or not.

there's no harm in him asking even if he's not in the game.
there is a P2 alt. color for each character. there aren't really costumes unless you count the Midnight Moe where you have to pick a fairly cute female character from some form of media (anime/videogame/TV show etc.) to temporarily transform into.
I don't know how many exactly but we have a lot of characters who are at least started. the OP should have a list of everyone who started sheets.

To elaborate on that it might also be a good idea to mention that there is no need for you to sprite a recolored version, as the Player two color with be computer-tinted.

This is a list taken from more than a year ago. All the charachters made this year and some forgotten from last year are not there.

Some of theses charachters have changed slightly however, (Like Baegal) or Just havent had any progress.

I talk too much, but here this basically shows you how original characters are and how they are different.

The FINISHED and OFFICIALLY in are:
1. Gors
2. Robo9
3. Mighty Jetters
4. Sol
5. Vipershark
6. Nicktendo DS
7. Chaoxys
8. Chris2Balls

I'm almost finished (2 animations +mugshots) and Meta was really close too (though I don't know his current status and if he's still in)

Everyone else is either less than halfway done or only a few animations in
