Can anyone please give me a link to 3dvia? I've tried searching google, but all I find is a 3D modelling software. Or is that it?

A Google search of "3dvia model ripping" yields some results. It seems like what you're looking for is 3DVIA Printscreen, which is made by the 3DVIA company. You can download it here.

It actually looks pretty nifty, from what I read about it while looking for it. You can just Google it if you need help or want to read more about it.

Look here
To get the UV's, you'll need to rip with 3d ripper dx.
