Yes, the routes should be saved so everyone has a chance, even latecomers

No, ya snooze ya lose. It's an "event" for a reason.

Mystery Gift help?
#1
Does anyone know of a way to download a WonderCard from someone else? I noticed that Mystery Gift has an option to "download from a friend," but I don't know how it works.

I'm asking because I only just heard yesterday about the Yellow Forest event... a couple weeks late. And I really don't want to fight with people over GTS trying to find the special Pikachu among the ordinaries or dealing with people who want a Darkrai for their Pikachu (ye gods...) So, is there a way for me to get the route now that it's over, or am I just screwed?

I thought of that, but that runs the risk of corrupting my save file if I don't do it right. And I'm not sure that anyone's figured out the codes for that.

Actually, I'm still not certain if the routes are preprogrammed and decided before release of the game, or if each route is written in a scripting language to allow for new route development after launch day. Be interesting to know which it is...
Ripping Ranma 1/2: Akaneko-dan teki Hihou (SNES)... right after I force myself to stop playing Pokemon and Wii games. And figure out what needs to be re-ripped and how to do the sheets. And while I'm not working. And...

There's a broadcast option on their card. They share you download form a friend.

Is that only available before they claim the card, or can it be done at any time? I don't see that option on my cards, so I was wondering...

...Did a little research online and found that apparently, only some Wonder Cards are transferrable. One thread said only the Japanese Secret Key has been so far, but I don't know how accurate that is. (Stupid way of doing things... why add a feature and then never use it??)

Oh well, maybe I'll just go back to hunting for AR codes and scouring the GTS. Stupid Nintendo events.
