I guess I'll just stick with the original then.

Any of these getting better? Personally, I think I like the 3rd the most, I just need to make the bead lighter.

the first one looks good, but probably should have less white.

I'm not really good with 8-Bit sprites but here is Ralts.

Did some updating on the list. Not linking sprites yet, I'll get around to that later when there are more complete ones.
Don't know how do go with Drifloon considering one has been done, so I'll wait to see if Neslug is gonna submit it here. (Also I claimed my godpony buddy :3c)

too many colors, and it kinda looks like a trace :/

The bottom 2 are my current top picks as of right now I guess.

Ralts isn't bad, but it's too many colors. Not counting white and black, it has 5, while the limit is 2. Also Chaoxys, mind if I try messing with Zoroark's colors/shading a bit?

Sure I guess.
Honestly, I kinda wanna do it on my own so if you could possibly try once more to tell me whats wrong with the newest one so I can take another crack at it. ALso if you have a better idea for the colors I should use, feel free to tell.
The brown isn't really working for me. I'd say try to find a better grey, but in GSC all of the greys were purple and brown. Maybe try something darker, like Skarmory or the second shade on Onix or Steelix.
The main thing though, I think you should try to not use the grey as the darker shade of red, or the red at the dlighter shade of grey. When a Pokemon is several colors, its best to try and use white and black it shade instead of the two colors, unless the colors really go together. Something that is one color like Geodude is ok to shade with two colors, but red and grey should not. Like on his arm that's downward, try white as the highlight instead of red. Same with the legs and shoulder. The hair should be all red, with black as shadows and black dithering in some parts. But otherwise it's really good. Sorry if I made it sound like there were a whole bunch of problems. I just feel like its close, but not quite. Also updated ghosts. Changed Banette's pose to be less boring and messed with the shading.

Okay, I know it's still probably not right, but I think it's a step in the right direction.

That last Dark Grey/Red one is the best.
