RE: Bullet-Head Project - Cshad - 11-17-2009 I think the hammer head version should lose the little dip you have representing his mouth, and just have the face on the head of the hammer. I also thought the hammer was going to have more of a hexagon shape. Its looks fantastic though, keep it up RE: Bullet-Head Project - Gors - 11-17-2009 Yeah, I considered doing that, but I thought it would make the character lose his features. Also, I realized that making a hexagon shaped head is hella difficult. I might try redoing his head tomorrow, though. RE: Bullet-Head Project - Adam - 11-17-2009 I think making his body skinnier when he gets his hammer powerup would further illustrate the illusion of a 'hammer.' But it's looking good nevertheless! I did some more sketches for the project, as well as sprites. ![]() ![]() *these two were made by Rökkan *![]() I tried to make some items for the 'game'. One of the important items will be the 'Reflect Jewel'. It'll give the player the ability to reflect gunshots/counter-attack enemies if he presses the button in the right time. The speed crystal is a rather common pick-up that will increase the player's actions and movements' speed. If he receives damage, the speed gauge will decrease, one by one, until it wears out. I don't know, but this is starting to look like Metroid, with all these powerups and stuff... ![]() still in brainstorm level. |
