...You should go back to the spriting board. If you post your work in Sprite Discussion, you'll get feedback in which you can use to improve your work. Then when the public feels like your work is submission worthy, a mod can place your work back here in Custom/Edited if you'd like to submit the work to tSR.
Right now, you just have a badly recolored and edited Shy Guy that's been badly wrecked with GIF dithering.
EDIT - I see a mod kicked this over to Sprite Discussion from Custom/Edited instead of locking the thread.
