Resident Evil 5? Has 2-Player Coop-Mode (where everyone can use his own saved data).
I didn't like Banjo's multiplayer.

Skate 2 is ok in multiplayer if you like that sort of thing.

Bionic Commando: Rearmed has the best single player out of just about every XBLA game and has local co-op and i think local deathmatch
edit: also the main villain is hitler

Also Gears 2, fuck that "I don't like 3PS games" Gears 2 is amazing.
