The thing I'm real excited about is that it'll be better than Far Cry 2 in terms of graphics and physics, and will have an actual storyline. I might actually install it today or tomorrow, I wanted to complete Far Cry 2 first but I don't think that's gonna happen for long time.

I could not handle Far Cry 2. It was stale and boring. Even for a shooter, the lack of color and amount of brown was really overwhelming. It was just...so sad to play.

Far cry 3 is lookin quite sexy tho. It's nice to see some color and life back into the game like the first Far Cry. Really quite lush compared to Far Cry 2.

Not to mention the non-existent storyline and repetitive quests. Quests are either blowing up a convoy, blowing up a pipe, intimidating a guy, or killing a guy. I'm surprised I got to 80%.

I didn't know they were making Far Cry 3, I'll check out that video. But even if they didn't I'd be content with getting Far Cry, I haven't played it yet but it looks much better than the second.

Sonic 3 and Knuckles, finishing up Tails' story (currently at Doomsday). Time for shit nobody cares about.

I bought a Genesis (before anyone says anything about it, I don't like emulating most games) off of eBay a few weeks ago. I got it a couple days later and everything worked fine but the sound was fucking awful. There was always some sort of static, and some sounds (namely the ring collecting/losing sounds) would either be complete static or make the game go quiet for the duration of the sound. Turns out the RF Switch was screwed up, despite the fact the seller said they tested everything before it was sent out to make sure it works. I ordered another RF Switch (brand new) off of eBay a week ago, and it came today and it works perfectly so now I can go back to playing.

Sure sounds like fun. Do you go full old school and use a CRT? I have been thinking about getting one for my old school needs.

Nah, I don't go "full old school" like that.

Gotham City Impostors and Dark Souls. Gotham City Impostors is fun! And Dark Souls is great as ever. New Game + and all.

Also, 'sup guys? Been pretty busy so haven't logged in much.

Best SSB game in my opinion.

I would've thanked this, but Brawl is amazing.

Brawl is pretty much a much wider and more polished Melee, in my opinion. It's great, but the change between N64 and Melee is obviously a lot bigger than Melee and Brawl.

I'm afraid SSB4 will probably be the same. But I still look forward to it because I'm a sucker for Smash Bros and I always will be.
