Ripped from Kega Fusion into a useable format which is a wav (a bin file is almost unuseable unless disassemblies are used and I don't think many people would use a vgm file neither) and includes everything that is classed as an effect on the sound test which is the Axx range (except the duplicates).
Since the standards aren't set up here yet and I actually did this quite a while ago, I don't know whether it will go through but the sound is as close to accurate without real hardware...

I was originally going to rip Bonanza Bros. (Genesis) as in that the game got a tiny fad called IDEH on Youtube ages ago (technically it is Ite, it's Japanese for shoot) but the problem was that some of the sounds in game are not in the sound test while a few in the sound test aren't used and I don't have the ability to hack to get them.
