Acro -KSSU Style - Omegakyogre - 05-19-2009

Well, this was finished a while ago now (must be at least a month or two now), and posted in the KSSU Customs Project thread (also a month or two ago), so I'll try again. I also want to confirm it's satisfactory work, as I'm aiming to submit it.

Superb, I'd say. The outline looks a little thick around some parts, that's about it. But it looks good in the sheet thumbnail so that's not probably a huge problem.

However, the rock being crushed to bits animation starts to look like paper the further it goes. Might not want to make the bits get so small.

Pretty nice. You should add some more frames, like to death animation. Acro also does flips and things in the water, wich you could add.

I think I agree with you. I'm going to work with it and animate some different ideas I have - I have a feeling it's not going to need all of the paper-y bits around the end of the series.

Well, the work is intended to be a conversion of Acro from KDL3 to KSSU, as there're a lot of things about K64's Acro that aren't quite consistent or that would be hard animate well. There may be a couple of frames I still want to add, though...

RE: Acro -KSSU Style - Kitsu - 05-19-2009

This is KDL3 Acro, which is probably why he doesn't have all those moves from K64.

@omegakyogre, it looks good enough, except for what has already been mentioned.

EDIT: Beaten to it.

LOVE IT. Moving~

You may also treat this as an invitation to post threads directly in Custom Submissions if you so wish.

Great job, really nice!

RE: Acro -KSSU Style - Omegakyogre - 05-19-2009

Thanks, Grooveman. EDIT: I was late- Thanks Grooveman AND Dazz!

I honestly think the four rock pieces are all you need to animated a decent-looking 'break-apart' effect, so I've gotten rid of the paper pieces.
I'm unsure as to how much more work I want to put into this sheet, so it would help if you guys could suggest a pose or two that you think is necessary.
