Some sort of ghost-type Eeveelution I suppose.
No shading or anything but I just wanted to nail a basic look down anyway.

I'm thinking it'd be a nice idea to have the curly bits on the ears and tail less uhh, physical?
Like make them fade out and look all smokey or something
