(Sengirbug's design changes in every universe. Also this is not the Sengirbugs universe!)

It's the hair, the little black dress, the fur coat, the uppity older 30's style 1920's character (? an adult woman with a lot of money and a husband that can drop all that money on that mink coat) it's literally everything I love about sophisticated ladies of the period

Nousagi Hime (a.k.a. Princess Nousagi, Princess Hime, Hime-chan and Another Princess)
Nousagi's the daughter of King Usagi. She hates formal business, but often takes advantage of her royal status. She's mischievous and likes to cause trouble.
She wields the Scepter of Kurosagi. It was given to her when she was a baby, though it was mistaken for a rattler. It serves as a key to the Dark World. Nousagi accidentally allowed Great Demon King Yami Shinzo's forces and son Catastrophe to invade the Light World by shaking it. Over the years she mastered the use of the scepter, being able to cast basic spells, like Deathly Cold, Ghostly Fire and Black Lightning (all "dark" recolors of basic spells). Nousagi can also summon an army of small demons, because she can't control larger ones.
Nousagi is not evil. She just likes to rebel. However, the power she is given makes her a threat to the world. Neko, Princess, Mao and more must band together to protect the world from a prank going way out of hand.
Nousagi's favorite color is black. She loves Catastrophe's fur. She hates child-like behavior, so there's bad chemistry between her and Neko as well as her and Waru (despite his fur being black like his brother's). Princess envies her title (being a real princess and all) and dislikes her for treating that title like garbage. There's nothing noteworthy between Nousagi and Mao though.
