Sorry, but we don't like to accept anything that's larger than it should be. Everything should be 1:1 in scale.

No.The other sprites is in the normal size.

... No, they aren't - they are 200% of their normal size.
Go into paint, hit ctrl+a, and resize it to 50%, making the 200% image at 100% size.
If you tell me they're the right size again, I will give up.
