The math is actually 20 + 10 + 2, as the last warning about spamming (worth 10 Points) already expired, thus the actual result is 32.
Now, smart people (or such that already know how the system works) will go all "Oh man, 32 is half of 64!"
That is indeed the case, applause for all those who knew this!
This is relevant, because the warning system doesn't work like "1 Point = 1%", but rather "1 Point = 2%".
Therefore, your warning level of 64% is/was completely justified, or, to say it with points, your warning level of 32/50.
