EDIT: Oh, right, I forgot this post had a point relvant to this topic.
The scarf looks funny in the animation. When it Whips up, the way it jumps back to normal in natural. Make more frames for the scarf, even if the running has the same amount.

You are right, that is how he looks running in the game...ALMOST.
I Watched very closely and you could see his cape almost moving like a flag ( You Should Study one outside )
And you could see his back and torso at some points. A tip, watch C. Falcons running animation to help you. (nothing in smash project 4.5 - go watch youtube)

So? Some people do, and some don't. I personally don't like the idea of having it be a clone of Bowser, Sonic, Samus, Etc, but No one's going to change their movesetjust because you don't like it. Post your own moveset or something instead of whining of somebody else's.
