Mega Man is too big and way too anorexic-like, Rags. The blue lacks contrast, but I like how you've shaded details in.

Dark blue, as Tuna said. And sure, use the ones from my X. Though I do like the Cyan you have.
Anyways, I'll probably end up doing some items after finishing a sheet I should be working on right now.

I redid the list and I will update every few days depends on my mood; if you are wondering what that the smash bros encignia is it is the game series emblems . Can some one tell me the proper font and incase you didnt know this he character progress. Tell me my mistakes please

And that list isn't accurate. You are missing Pik's Quote, and a few others.

More Gooey progress:
Spark is now his Down Special, and Needle is now his Down Smash. I switched them because Spark seemed too theatrical for a Smash attack and Needle seemed a bit too... un-theatrical (Is that even a word? XD) for a Special.

Or that's called stealing, and style mixing. If you want to do emblems, make custom ones, don't gather them from different places. I haven't seen one single custom sprite from you. If you want to help out with this project then you should learn how to sprite, or just try. Rather than spamming like you are now.
@Omegakyorge, great job with the animation, but the flames should have more detail.

Awesome Bowser Jr sprite. Hows this for a moveset:
B = Fire Breath
B> = Shell Shock (like Squritle's)
B^ = Paintbrush Copter
BV = Sonic Screech
FS = his Battleship
Also you might wanna update the list. I'm taking over Ridley, and maybe Rayman
