I'm pretty sure it's an "of course", otherwise the spriter in question is a huge douchefaggot (I mean, why participate in a project when keeping the sprites all to yourself?)

Moveset:
Starnd B: Bomb
Side B: Cape
Up B: Peach Tornado
Down B: Toad
Final Smash: Bomb Rain
