Q-bert would be awesome, but not much in the way of a move set, better suited to an AT or something.
Dig-Dug could be pretty sweet, although the only things he really does is dig, over inflate things, and chip off chunks of land with a jackhammer.
His B would be the bike pump type thing.
As would be his grab.
His down B could be the jackhammer type thing.
His final smash could fill the screen with ground leaving everybody stuck in small pockets and him to run around digging as we wishes for a while.
But aside from that there's not much.
Don't know who Robo Warrior is. >.>

Here's a moveset for Dig-Dug.
B=shoot inflater thing/inflate
B>=?
B^=jetpack
Bv=drops a rock next to himself
FS=sand comes in from sides of screen. sand doesn't damage, but pushes players off edges and stuff.
