And from what I've seen, you're not that great of a Spriter. =/ I don't know what you want the sprite for, but if it's a comic, it doesn't look like it'll be good, at all.

Mega Man's Moveset (Special Moves)
B-Mega Buster
Up B-Rush coil/Top Spin/Something Else
Down B-Roulette/Something Else (Use one of the RM powers from MM1)
Side B-Flame Sword/Slash Claw (At least, that's what I think it's called, haven't played MM7 in a while)
Final Smash-Rush Power Adapter/Astro Crush.

Intro- Teleport
B- Mega Buster
Up-B- Rush Jet
Side- B- Slide
Down-B- Proto Shield (reflects)
His side Smash could be the Hard Knuckle (MM3), a combo could be punch-kick-Wood Shield (MM2) (does multiple hits), Top Spin (MM3) could be down aerial,
Final Smash = Rush Adapter (MM7)

I'd say Rush would be a good Assist Trophy if you ask me.

Rush arrives, Dr. Light hologram appears trough Rush, gives some short motivational speech, disappears, and an item pops out of Rush. Rush then disappears.
Or, it can do different things after the short motivational speech, like transform into the Rush Marine or the Rush Jet, or even use the Rush Coil.

Yo, HyperSonic, I don't think you know what happened. I E-mailed Cleod9 and told him to put Paper Mario in their and he said "You gave me an idea, I'm going to put PM in SSF2." So don't go on saying stuff you know isn't true. Although, thanks for making me spill the beans.
