Brobot: Looks awesome now. So will he shoot lasers and stomp on enemies during the Final Smash Perigi?
Tails: Pretty good though I think people are using Angelglory's Sonic for a reference. Here's a good moveset:
Lone B - Blaster from Sonic Battle
Side B - Tail Slash
Up B - Fly
Down B - Ring Bomb
Also he could float with his tails.

Ring could be rounder.
Effects in the last frame are not centered.
Last frame of spinning should be flipped.
Also the ring should be bigger and ovaly.

Though if I flip the last spinning frame, the light source (the little white on their) will be off

I think you shad Base Tails of of Sonic 2, rather than Sonic Advance, Like Sonic's Stance was.

I actually made with Shading based of Sonic 2 and Sonic Advance.
