You do know that your creating a moveset for a character that's hasn't been in a game since the SNES days, so all Im doing is just offering as much help as I can since I actually own this game, via Wii shop channel. Also, some of your moves do need some improvement, BTW for one taunt have his head spin around, not all taunts have to relate to the character. Take King Dedede For example he dances around, seen when did he do that!?

Hey Master Sonic Brawler, I like the idea of the punch-star-shockwave down smash but I'm gonna side with Ariand for the up smash. Although not sure about the forward smash.

The Joe sprites are wonderful but I really dislike the colours. I can't see it working for him.

Not the best edit and you'll probably ignore it anyway but I think it would look better if it looked less purple and hue shifty and was more clean and red. The original style version also looks kinda weird the way you did the white highlight.
Oh well, don't mind me. :V

I do plan on altering the colours in the non-cell shaded version. You have to admit it p. much looks red in the other version. I'm trying to keep the white parts as small as possible too because 1. in game they were a whole lot smaller and 2. its enough of a struggle to fit them in as is.

okay ill start on them right away but yeah we really don't know about the forward smash yet but well see soon

b- slow
up b- rising spiral
side b- mach speed
down b- either viewtiful forever (counter) or dodge (abstract counter)
a combo- punch kick rhoh
side smash- voomerang
down smash- shocking pink

Slow seems like an overpowered move in my opinion. I know it's his trademark but I dunno how it could work. Same with Mach Speed. Maybe the Voomerang could be a Neutral B. Although I like the idea for Up B and Down B.
