I really don't know. Maybe when the exams are over. Or not...? Also, I'm cooking a good moveset here, so I don't think I'll work on it soon.
Also, really... Do I need to change the second punch? I think I'll just edit some sprites.

Who said this was an enemy Waddle-Dee. I'm talking about a smart Waddle-Dee, with all sort of skills and attacks whether they're from all different Kirby games, or just original.
So yeah, I'll get started on the base sprite.

Agreed. Gooey is a much better choice. Waddle Dee shouldn't be "playable" for the same reasons as Goomba, Octorock, and F-Zero spectator.

And Waddle-Dee isn't playable in Smash.
And also, Waddle-dee's are much different than all of those enemies mentions, because they come in a large amount of varieties, and can have a full moveset.
Seriously, you can't really come up with a good moveset for a Goomba, or an octorock, but you can come up with a good one for Waddle-Dee, with a bit of thought and creativity.

Actually, there is a Waddle Dee character. Whether it's the same one or not doesn't matter, as long as at least one Waddle Dee is considered a character (Like how most Green Yoshis are considered to be Yoshi)
As a character, I can name, off the top of my head, 3 games Waddle Dee's appeared in.
-Kirby 64
-Kirby: Canvas Curse
-Kirby's Avalanche
(On a side note, Shy Guy's up there, and there's never been a named Red Shy Guy)
