RE: The Official M&L3 Ripping Project - Carpaccio - 03-01-2009

How likely are we to get overworld sprites of Shadow Bowser?

Also, does Dark Star have other sprites?

RE: The Official M&L3 Ripping Project - Mageker - 03-01-2009

Thanks RTB!

@Carpaccio: The Dark Star is a boss too, so it has overworld and battle. And I think nobody's working on Dark Bowser overworld at the moment...

I updated Blodog and finished another enemy. Only 4 enemies left.

Oh, um... Phooey. I had grabbed the wrong shadow for the running animation, so... Just use this link. I fixed the shadow, and a few palette inconsistencies (between the sprites you ripped and the ones Lemon and I ripped).

(EDIT: Gah. There were a few more sprites that had to be fixed up. Ded)

I'm not sure, but there's something that happens when images are saved as a PNG... using Paint, I think? Anyway, the colours turn out to be darker than they should be when that happens. I can't explain it, as I've never had that happen for any of my sprite sheets.

RE: The Official M&L3 Ripping Project - available - 03-01-2009

link1232 are you serious or not liking my positive attitude

RE: The Official M&L3 Ripping Project - Mageker - 03-01-2009

@available: yeah, is that bug.

@RTB: it might be paint. Because I used another program and the pallet didn't change for battle. Probably Lemon used paint for overworld.

Yeah, that's probably it, then. Paint Shop Pro has never darkened the colours for me.

plug pug yay! okay i am now just being repetitive, and losing my positive attitude but good luck

RE: The Official M&L3 Ripping Project - Mageker - 03-01-2009

RTB, now I notice, the battle sprites for Blodog have also been changed a bit, and I think my old pallet was correct... are you sure the new pallet you used is the right one? :/

No, I'm not sure. Give me a few minutes, and I'll upload another fixed version of the sheet... and hopefully I won't have to correct any other mistakes after that. Sick

Same here, but I guess they can finish the job anyways.
