What's the current Nintendo Switch dumping tool? - aytimothy - 04-17-2025 Um, nxdumptool's been wonky on certain configurations (ie. if you used FAT32 instead of exFAT to format your SD Card) lately, and I was wondering if anyone knows of an alternative to getting files off the Switch for extraction? RE: What's the current Nintendo Switch dumping tool? - Somaticvision - 04-18-2025 Have you check GBATemp's Switch sub section of their forum? https://gbatemp.net/forums/nintendo-switch.283/ RE: What's the current Nintendo Switch dumping tool? - dionn1993 - 05-01-2025 (04-17-2025, 01:41 AM)aytimothy Wrote: Um, nxdumptool's been wonky on certain configurations (ie. if you used FAT32 instead of exFAT to format your SD Card) lately, and I was wondering if anyone knows of an alternative to getting files off the Switch for extraction? Try getting the mig switch thing. You can dump your game card as a rom with that or a similar tool. So the rom gets saved to the sd card. Next you will need to have set up ryujinx. Once everything is set up you need to dump the rmfs folder. After you do that youll need the switchtool box: KillzXGaming/Switch-Toolbox: A tool to edit many video game file formats This tool will read and export nintendo switch assets to fbx or other files. |
