I know this might be a bit of a stupid question, but it pertains to obscure games.
Is it possible to submit custom sprites for games that not many people have ever heard of? Is there a specific criteria that is to be followed, depending on the obscurity of a game or does it not matter?

The only real criteria is that it has a have a game period. We already have some pretty obscure series in the Customs section like Faxanadu and Hydlide.
