Okay, just gonna sum it up.
I actually know how to do pixel art now.
Yes, I know, MisterMike and Random Talking Bush are probably flipping right now /joke
I don't care if this post is off-topic, I couldn't find a great channel to put this in. Anyway, I'm just here to announce two things:
- I'm going to remake that SMB3 Ice Mario sheet from the ground up, now only using real SMB3 sprites as reference. ...yes, I did flip over that HEAVILY. I was young, I lied about my age, what did you expect?? ?
- More major news, I'm gonna do a lot of sprite sheets dedicated to Sonic the Hedgehog characters in a new style I've been developing. I plan to get the majority of the main cast, some Archie post-reboot characters and IDW characters done, too. They'll also be pretty full-sized, with idles, movement, combat, emotes and more. It'll be based off of the Sonic Advance art style, although it'll have a lot of "me" in it.
That's basically everything. The other guys can forget about this post, I'm just saying "hello" again. See you all... whenever.
