Well, are you looking for this Boot Startup sound from the failed disk drive peripheral for the 64-bit retro video game console of Nintendo?
I recorded via Audio recording from Jabo's DirectSound 1.7 audio plugin from Project 64 emulator while I was downloaded the rom file from Emulation General Wiki
