Sonic Adventure 1 Dreamcast Animations Question - FreezN - 11-27-2021
I'm curious if there is any software that view these animations or if it is possible to write software based on info in this here Link:

I have seen posts from 2016 talking about how animations can't be ripped because of some caching thing if I remember correctly.
it's 2021 now and am wondering about progress in this specific thing.
I'm new to the sonic scene which means I just skimmed over information before I decided to make this post to get more info and
maybe get involved.
EDIT: It seems SA Tools can preview animations but idk about exporting them
