I extracted the .bin file that stores the sounds, but how do i open 'em?

You can attach a ZIP file containing the sample files under the text box.

But if the ZIP file is too big to upload to The VG Resource, you can try sharing it via Google Docs, Google Drive, MEGA, ETC.
