Sprites from Amazon Trail 3rd Edition - boilingpot - 11-01-2020

I think it would be great if someone ripped sprites from the 1998 game Amazon Trail 3rd Edition, whose visual style I think is interesting. The image attached below is the most beautiful sprite I've ever seen in my life. It can be found online to download pretty easily.
It seems that its data is in a single .mdt archive. It's compressed in a similar way to other games developed by MECC. Here are some forum posts on XeNTaX researching the archive format and its contents: 1 2 3 4 5. The BMS script in said forum posts seems to extract the files correctly, and this one (search "mecc") does not.
And, of course, here are some samples of various file formats: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/695445220203954196/772555879727759401/az3.7z
